  • The filled custard pie and cup cake production line is an automatic large-sized cake production line researched and developed according to market demands.
  • The whole line including the outside of the oven is made of high quality stainless steel.
  • The electrical parts are products of nationally and internationally famous brands.
  • It has such features as high automation degree, stable action, high baking capacity, good product taste and long shelf life, etc.
  • It can produce filled custard pie cake, cup cake and sliced cake. According to the change in shapes of mold plates, fancy cake of different shapes can be produced.

Gas Fired Hot Air Circulating Oven:
  • It is a novel oven researched and developed on the basis of imported equipment.This tunnel oven adopts the advanced gas combustion.The hot air circulating heating mode includes six temperature zones at front, middle, rear, up and down.
  • After temperature setting is finished, automatic control is realized by the proportional motor through butterfly valve.
    The temperature is transferred upwards and downwards through the air channel to the tunnel oven hearth for baking the food.
  • With such advantages as high heating speed, stable temperature with small changes and automatic temperature control, it makes the cake produced more crispy in taste, more uniform in surface luster and fresh.
  • Filling Machine: This machine can carry out automatic filling of a row of cakes. If it is sensed that a certain cake is not on the production line, the filling needle will not start filling to avoid filling onto the conveyor belt, so as to prevent material waste and ensure clean procedures in addition to greatly improving production efficiency.
  • Cup Feeder: to be additionally provided by users to realize production of cup cake.
  • Drying Oven and Slicing Machine: to be additionally provided by users to realize production of sliced cake.
